Your meter is no longer sending the meter readings to your energy supplier

You have Liander energy meters in your meter cabinet. Our data show that your meter(s) is/are no longer sending data to your energy supplier. As a result you are not currently receiving up-to-date consumption summaries. And your energy supplier can no longer download your meter readings for your annual account. As a result your meter readings are estimated in your annual account. We would like to call by to rectify the fault free of charge.

Would you like to make an appointment?

We have asked our contractor Kemkens to rectify the fault. Our contractor will need an hour (sometimes two) of your time to carry out the work. You can easily book an appointment yourself online by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Liander.nl/storing-kemkens (only in Dutch) or scan the QR code in the letter you have received.
Step 2: Login with your letter reference and access code. You will find this in the blue box in your letter. This is not necessary if you use the QR code.
Step 3: Enter your details.
Step 4: Click through to the contractor’s appointment portal.
Step 5: Choose a date and time that suits you.
