The new energy meter, the smart meter, offers us this understanding.
Your energy meters are out of date and not ready for the future. We would therefore like to fit new energy meters in your property. We need one hour (sometimes two) of your time to do this.
We have asked Heijmans to fit the new energy meters in your property. The fitter checks your energy connection directly and carries out any maintenance necessary.
If you yourself have a contract with an energy supplier, and as a result automatically with us as grid manager, then you as tenant can decide yourself whether to have the new energy meters fitted. If this is not the case, then please consult the landlord of the building.
