As agreed with you, we are coming to replace your energy supply tomorrow.

Please can you make sure that you are home from 08.00 am? Your upstairs and/or downstairs neighbours will also be there. The electricity cables and gas pipes in the flat do in fact run from downstairs to upstairs and your homes are connected to one another in this way. If someone is not in, then we will unfortunately not be able to go ahead and a new appointment will have to be scheduled. This would be very annoying for everyone.
