Is the appointment date already in your diary?

All your upstairs and/or downstairs neighbours will also be at home on the date indicated on the Dutch card that was in your letter box.

The work on your energy supply will be carried out on this day. It is great that we have been able to fix a date together.

As a reminder

  • To be able to carry out the work your home must be accessible that day between 08.00 am and 16.00 pm. It is possible that the work will take less time. This depends on the situation.
  • In order to carry out the work, both you and your upstairs and/or downstairs neighbours must be at home. The electricity cables and gas pipes in the flat do in fact run from downstairs to upstairs and your homes are connected to one another in this way. If someone is not in, then we will unfortunately not be able to go ahead and a new appointment will have to be scheduled. It is therefore in everyone’s interest that we have access to your home that day.
  • If you are unexpectedly not able to be present, make sure that your neighbours can open the door or ask an acquaintance to be present in your home.
  • So remind your upstairs and/or downstairs neighbours of the appointment!
