You have a Liander smart meter in your meter cabinet. It appears that this meter is no longer sending your meter readings to the energy supplier. As a result you are no longer receiving any up-to-date consumption statements. We would like to come by to rectify this interference, free of charge.

The Liander fitter will be arriving on the date and timing mentioned in your letter to start the work. The repair will take about an hour and a half.

Does this not work for you?

We understand that it may be difficult to make time available. Because it is necessary for you to be at home during the meter replacement, you can change the appointment yourself easily online. Go to www.liander.nl/afspraak, log in with the personal log-in code number as mentioned in your letter and choose a time that works for you.
