You have a Liander smart meter in your meter cabinet. It appears that this meter is no longer sending your meter readings to the energy supplier. As a result you are no longer receiving any up-to-date consumption statements. We would like to come by to rectify this interference, free of charge.

What is happening with my smart meter?
This is a communication interference. It means that your meters are recording your gas and electricity consumption correctly, but are not sending your meter readings automatically to your energy supplier. As a result you are no longer receiving an up-to-date consumption statement. There is also a risk that your energy supplier will estimate your meter readings.
Is there anything I can do before your visit?
Yes, of course! It would be good if your meter is easy for our fitter to access. Check that the meter cabinet can be opened easily and that the space around the meter is free. This is important for safety reasons.
Do I have gas and electricity during the repair?
That depends. Your meter may need to be replaced. In that case you will temporarily have no gas and electricity. For a meter replacement we need about an hour and a half. So make sure that the electrical appliances that you use are fully charged.
Who is Liander?
Liander is your network operator. We lay cables and piping and manage the energy network in your region. Your meter cabinet is connected to it, just like that of 3 million other homes and businesses.
