We recently wrote you a letter to inform you that we have to replace your energy supply. The electricity cable to your home is outdated. As a result faults may occur in the future and we would like to avoid this.

To do this any upstairs and downstairs neighbours also need to be at home. This is because the electricity cables in the flat do in fact run from downstairs to upstairs and your homes are connected to one another in this way.
